American Contractor Exam Services is offering a variety of online Pennsylvania RealtorŪ continuing education. All of our Online Pennsylvania RealtorŪ continuing education courses are awaiting approval by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. These courses have implemented the adopted changes to the Real Property Salesperson Qualification Criteria. The courses are written by inspectors, instructors, and leading salespeople with years of knowledge and experience. We simply offer the highest quality, best online continuing education for Pennsylvania Real Estate RealtorŪ.
We are currently developing Pennsylvania RealtorŪ continuing education courses. These course will cover such topics as ethics in real estate, fair housing, pricing property to sell, and basic real estate finance. Here is a list of the Pennsylvania RealtorŪ continuing education currently under development.
- Ethics in Real Estate - This online course covers duties to clients and customers, duties to the public, duties to REALTORS, and case studies.
- Fair Housing - The topics included in this course reviews interference, coercion, intimidation, subpoenas, discrimination in residential real estate-related transactions, discrimination in the sale or rental of housing, and other prohibited practices
- Pricing Property to Sell - Pennsylvania continuing education that includes lessons on pricing compared to appraisal, basic concepts of pricing property, principles of value, and more.
- Basic Real Estate Finance - Reviews financing instruments, promissory notes, mortgages, assumptions, priority of loans, foreclosures, trust deeds, types of loans, sources of funds, loan practices and closing costs.
These are the current requirements for renewing your Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson license. We will always provide the newest information available and will update the requirements as soon as there are changes.
- To renew your Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Pennsylvania, you are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- May 31 is the deadline of the renewal year. All continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
- Courses must be a minimum of 2 hours in length. They must cover Board approved topics such as real estate ethics, property management, land use and zoning, agency relationships, etc.
- Continuing education must be submitted to the Board before the renewal deadline. Licensees are encouraged to maintain a record of continuing education completion.
